Free shipping on orders over $50. Below that, shipping is calculated by package weight at checkout and starts at $6.95 for standard (3–5 business days) and $14.95 for expedited (1–2 business days). We ship Monday–Friday, and orders placed before noon CT usually go out the same day.
Orders placed before noon CT Monday–Friday typically ship same day. Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day.
Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming — sign up for our newsletter to hear when it's available.
Returns & exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unlit candles in original packaging. Custom candles are non-refundable. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number.
Items must be unused, unlit, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on opened or used candles for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, please email [email protected] with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right immediately.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
Custom Orders
Custom candles are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is a defect or error on our part, we will remake or refund at no charge. Please review your custom request confirmation email carefully before payment.
